Scope of works

Stratford Waterfront is part of East Bank, an ambitious development in the heart of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park that spreads across three sites, the others being UCL East and Here East.

The site, which sits north of the Aquatics Centre, will provide the London College of Fashion with a significant new home.

The BBC’s music recording-operations will sit alongside a new Victoria & Albert Museum outpost and a 550-seat Sadler’s Wells theatre.

There will also be 600 new homes.

Our services comprised of the removal and recycling of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

Challenges/Achievements

  • The supply of a range of skips including crane liftable certified skips.
  • The delivery of time critical services to meet the demands of complex site logistics.
  • A 100% landfill diversion rate.
  • The implementation of a customer portal allowing easy access for recycling figures.
