Creating social value is beneficial for the people working at and living near our sites, the business, and the construction industry as a whole.

We recognise that what we do and how we do it is just as important as the results we achieve. Local engagement and employment are
central to our ethos, and Kilnbridge is dedicated to the highest standards for ethical labour practices. The responsible procurement of
materials, products and services through local supply chains also enables us to make a positive economic impact.

Each year, we partner with a number of charities, and support others that are changing people’s lives in the areas surrounding our facilities and our projects. As well as raising funds, we run an employee volunteering programme sharing expertise and supporting events.

With the aim of leaving a lasting legacy, Kilnbridge also provides education, training and development opportunities in the community – for
example hosting STEM activities for nearby schools, and offering early career opportunities in construction-based roles.
