2024 Construction New Workforce Awards Finalist – Graduate Programme of the Year

Kilnbridge is delighted to be a finalist in the 2024 Construction News Workforce Awards, shortlisted for our proprietary graduate programme.

The Kilnbridge graduate scheme has been specifically developed in line with the latest guidance from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). It is a three-year programme that begins and ends with dedicated stints of assignment on a live Kilnbridge site, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge under the guidance of a dedicated Mentor and Supervising Civil Engineer (SCE).

Between these assignments, participants complete 18-month of rotation in our Pre-Construction, Estimating, Commercial, Assurance, HS&E, and Planning departments. This combination of technical engineering experience, married with the business and corporate side of a leading Tier 2 contractor, ensures that graduates are gaining skills and experience that broadly develop individuals’ management capability. We do not see our graduates as students, we see them as the next generation of our entire industry. Upon completion of the full three-year scheme participates will have gained sufficient experience and knowledge to apply for IEng or CEng status with the ICE.
