Kilnbridge Retains Platinum Accreditation with The 5% Club

Kilnbridge is thrilled to announce it has retained its Platinum accredited membership from of The 5% Club for the second year in a row. This accolade highlights our unwavering commitment to empowering our employees through “earn and learn” initiatives such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes, and Sponsored Student Placements.

The Club’s Employer Audit Scheme rigorously assesses an organisation’s efforts, future ambitions, and commitment to social mobility, diversity, and inclusion before awarding an accreditation. Achieving Platinum status is a testament to any company’s dedication to nurture, growth and develop its workforce. Maintaining this standard for two years in a row underscores Kilnbridge’s belief that investment in people is the cornerstone of its success.

By being part of The 5% Club, Kilnbridge stands alongside over 1,100 forward-thinking employers who are dedicated to driving positive change. Its membership represents a powerful movement of companies working together to make workplace training more inclusive, diverse, and accessible. Collectively, members support 1.9 million employees, with more than 108,000 individuals participating in “earn and learn” schemes.
