Passive Fire Protection Technical Assistance

Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, and we maintain close relationships with both manufacturers and our clients, ensuring that everyone is a trusted partner throughout the project. We regularly assist clients, and their design teams, to navigate manufacturers’ offerings to find a tested solution that matches their needs. As experts in our field, we’re able to advise on the interfaces and limitations of a system’s testing and certification and recommend the best and most cost-effective design solutions.

Early engagement is critical to ensure the correct fire stopping details are selected and installed on a project. Ongoing technical assistance during the build programme can help contractors and developers to avoid expensive mistakes and protracted corrections, to or adapt to necessary onsite alterations in real-time.

Kilnbridge is a trusted name in the industry, thanks to the consistently high standards we achieve. To further assist our clients, where no suitable test evidence is available, we have arranged for Tests and/or Assessments to be conducted by laboratories accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). This includes assistance in the designing and constructing of specimens to be tested.
